Wasn't able to get the most out of this film, due to realising I was ill during the movie when I went to the bathroom and started throwing up! Even with the distraction of stomach pain though, I enjoyed it. A beautiful film in a very primal way. Deals a lot with moodiness, so perhaps more suited to adults? But then, films like Dumbo & Pinocchio have similar themes. I also think people with a masculine psyche will be able to relate more to the destructive elements. But it may also increase understanding for those who've ever been mothers or sisters to boisterous boys.
